# Refund Policy

## Overview
Juan Vizadic ("we," "us") wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn merchandise in original condition with tags attached.

## Return Process
1. Email returns@vizadic.com to initiate your return
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide a prepaid return label
4. Package items securely with all original tags and packaging
5. Ship within 7 days of receiving return label

## Exceptions
- Sale items are final sale
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned
- Swimwear must have hygienic liner intact
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

## Refund Processing
- Original payment method will be refunded within 5-7 business days after we receive return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are covered by Juan Vizadic for U.S. orders
